Tharapita - Label Art & Design
My new label art & design for the Baltic Porter " Tharapita ". This collaboration beer, between Galway Bay Brewery and the Estonian brewery Puhaste, is one of my own favorite beer styles so I cannot wait to try it!
While designing this art I wanted to create something dynamic and striking while also paying homage to Estonian myth and legend. Thararpita was an Estonian deity much like Thor. I wanted to depict him riding his steed, lighting bolt in hand, jumping out of the Baltic sea.
