I have always been captivated by the origin story of Superman. So, I wanted to create a piece about Superman as a boy. Growing up on a farm mostly alone trying to find his way
in life dealing with all these extraordinary abilities. The farm in the poster is the Kent farm from the film and I set the whole colour tone of the piece in autumn at sunrise all hinting at change. I wanted the S in the road to eco the S for Superman as a minor Easter egg.
